We're kicking off this week with a haircare industry roundup! Let's get to it:

Alodia Haircare Drops at CVS
Alodia, "the only clinically tested textured haircare brand" is now available at your local CVS store, along with Target, SalonCentric and Amazon. Founded by PhD medical scientist and trichologist Dr. Isfahan, this line offers high quality hair and scalp care with a guarantee of visible results in 120 days or your money back. Find items in stock near you using their store locator.
Sienna Naturals Hits Sephora Shelves
The popular haircare line, founded by Hanna Diop and co-owned by multi-hyphenate talent Issa Rae, is now available at Sephora. Sienna Naturals touts dermatologist tested and approved products that address haircare concerns starting at the root, another indicator of the rapidly growing interest in scalp wellness in the haircare space. Swing by your local Sephora to pick up items from this prestige line, or shop online. If you're already a step ahead and are loving your Sienna Naturals results, check out their 2025 Sienna Squad applications for a chance to join their ambassador team.
The Queen Bee🫱🏽🫲🏼Ulta = Cécred For All
On the heels of an epic Grammy win, Beyonce is still riding high. Her award-winning haircare line Cécred not only celebrated its one year anniversary recently, but it also announced its upcoming arrival in Ulta stores starting on April 6, 2025. Much like Queen Bee's concert tickets, her high-performing line is sure to sell like hotcakes when it lands in stores. Get those coins ready, but in the meantime you can always stock up online.
Kérastase Looks Towards the Future
Kérastase once again reminds the world why it's one of the top haircare brands in the industry. After two years in the making, the L'Oreal owned luxury haircare line introduced a new, AI-powered scalp and hair diagnosis tool, K-Scan. Initially rolled out worldwide in late 2024, this device analyzes scalp health and predicts future hair concerns, even providing a Hair-Fall Risk Index. For my future-forward readers who love a new gadget, this device definitely deserves your attention. It's currently only available for professional hairstylists, but you can find a salon offering K-Scan services.
MYAVANA Expands Globally
Revolutionary haircare tech company MYAVANA is bringing its technology to the contingent of Africa with a brick-and-mortar retail store in the beautiful country of Uganda. MYAVANA offers hair assessments and analyses, as well as consultations and business insights for salons looking to grow their reach. We're excited to see this company, helmed by brilliant Black female leadership, continue to make big moves.
Black-owned brand Canviiy has partnered with Texas based grocer H-E-B to offer its ScalpBliss line in 30+ stores across the state. You can now cop their scalp soothing products at the beloved lone-star state grocery chain, as well as Wal-Mart, Sally Beauty, CVS, and Walgreens. Congrats to the Canviiy team on their continued success.

L'Oreal Groupe Names Ali Goldstein Head of Acquisitions
Beauty industry executive Ali Goldstein has stepped into her new role as President of Acquisitions for L'Oreal USA at the French beauty conglomerate. This change comes at a time when L'Oreal is honing in on the American market, seeking new US businesses to acquire and better serve burgeoning Latinx and multi-racial populations. What does this mean for haircare entrepreneurs? If you're interested in being acquired, start positioning your brand competitively and making those strategic business and marketing moves. In March we'll be releasing exciting new content to help you expand your haircare brand, so stay tuned.
